that rain cover gave me an idea for my trip. only problem is, i dont know where to find any spools of 550 paracord in a town like this...

Yeah...my kids are as twisted as me. The Citronella oil is an awesome trick. Take giant lawn/leaf bags and put the wood in it. Soak it down with the oil for at least a few hours. Use one "wet" log to 2 dry logs and it keeps the skeeters and stuff at bay. I've been doing it for years.
