Painted my valve cover red, changed the gasket (I hope I didn't tighten it too much) and put in my 8000k HID's. I wish I had projector lenses though... I might get pulled over for these. Have to angle them tonight.

still quite dirty, havent been able to get out and clean it.
1997 Ford Taurus. There's a large dent above the right, back wheel. the panneling on the back door and a few others is very lose, but that's fixable with some bolts. she needs new breaks and the shifting lever needs to be looked at.

Also needs new rear coil springs. That sits really low. I'd also see how good the shocks are. Don't want to be rattling the thing apart before you can actually get use out of it.

lol ted, i was about to say the same. rear looks low. but i think mines gonna need new rear coils soon too. gotta take another look at it.

i think my dad did a very quick shock test when we bought it. he just kinda pushed on it. it didnt rattle around too much. we're taking it to my uncle (who's a mechanic) to get the brake pads and rotors put in. i'll ask him about the rear coil spring. it may also be the part of lawn its sitting on that makes it look like that. i think it might be sloped there, but i'll have a mech. look at it. it's drivable, though. i think. lol

ok, so there's this symbol behind the front tires. it looks like the symbol used on hybrid cars, but it's a '97. did they make hybrids in '97? so i'm confused as to what this means. here's a pic:
