I'm sure I could have gotten him lower. I just shot out $100 as a starting offer and he took it. It came with a hybrid feedneck that needs to be replaced with something smaller, and a NDz trigger that isn't very smooth, and a full freak kit. I picked up a direct mount for it today, and I found a o-ring kit at the store for it. I'm gonna clean it up today and hopefully air it up a little later in the week when all my stuff arrives.

So the eyes are bad on this shocker and the board is a pre-nerve board, so no ramping. New Virtue board and eye are ordered.
