9.6V battery

I used the 9.6 V recargeable battery last saturday, and got rained out so i basically shot <200 balls. I won't be going paintballing for at least another week. Question is should i drain the battery before i charge it or just recharge it?
I guess the real question is there any memory issues with these batteries?

it'll drain by itself. just charge it the day before you go.

mine was dead after 2 years of use (spyder VS2). I had to buy another one

It's a Nimh battery, not a Nicad. Unlike the Nicad, the Nimh batteries do not require a full drain to retain charge memory. They may be charged at any point without completely draining the charge first. Just be sure to give it a full charge the day before you play.
