Welcome to the forum.
I would suggest making sure that the bolt and striker are not put in backwards or upside down. Also, make sure that all the wires are connecting inside.

I down loaded the schematics before taking it apart to make sure everything is as it should be and all he connection seem to be intact .. it looks to me that it just doesn't have enough power to push the release lever. Do you think the capacitor is bad? .. Just shooting the dark..

Thanks for responding

try slipping a penny between the solenoid plunger and the gripframe. sometimes it helps.

A nickel sometimes works better, but take a look at the capacitor, if it looks like it is buldging out on the ends of either side or leaking then thats your problem. That happened to my first e-frame, its an easy fix if you know anything much about electronics. You can find a new one at radioshack or online and solder it on yourself.

Hope it helps AD
