Idk much about the new electras but how fast can it get on co2 with no problems, I know my rsx isn't good at high rates on co2 so I was jus curious as I may pick up an Electra for a fun gun when I get rid of mine

its about the same. CO2 DOES NOT do high rof. expect around 13 bps and if you have anti-siphoned the CO2 then expect around 17. anything more just doesn't work. Use HPA if you want that.
CO2 you have to relax a little and shoot shorter burst, slow your rof down a bit or else you WILL freeze up. So relax and have some fun. I have used a RSX setup and a Electra setup both on CO2 quite regularly and HPA occasionally. |

Ive ran my Spyder on Co2 for years without an anti-siphoned tank & an e-frame & never froze up. It would condensate on the forgrip, front block & valve chamber.

To Ferret: Liva-la-lar!
CO2 can hit a tops of 17bps on a standard Spyder. With low pressure modifications it can do more, but it all depends on the rate of thermal expansion, how the tank is held (w/ anti-siphon or without), the ROF, the amount of air per shot.... the list goes on and on.

oh fair enough, most people don't ever try and play with CO2 when its blasted cold out. But my VS2 Never Shot past 13bps, then it would uncock (there is the "freeze" up a bps wall, the uncock, the total meltdown when its 0*F outside).
OK the electra probably will shoot faster on CO2 but its not going to be great shooting past 13bps either way but its a fact anti-siphon will allow you to shoot faster than with out anti-siphon. He has an RSX which uses the balance vavle. which is what i was using. I'll get more CO2 and use my electra just for you guys and make a vid, because goldwave is easier |
