Depends on the average bore size of paint that you use. If you use lower grade paint, get the .690. If you use upper grade paint, get the .687.

I just bought the Lapco barrel but the only problem now is when I shoot my paintball's they curve like a mofo. I have the recon paintballs from walmart if you are wondering... Any ideas why?

get a larger boared paint. make sure the balls arent dimpled. Use this chart that a paint that matches the bore of the lapco

What if i got a smaller size barrel? would it still swerve and stuff?

not if you have the right paint for the barrel, Just get some paint that fits the bore of the lapco.
