i dont think so. i think the cocking pin is in the way.

I have that same mount and yes it will fit the 7/8 rail that is on the MR1 but like DF said its kind of pointless with the pin in the way. grab a MR series handel/riser rail. oh and the AR rail is actually very bulky and suprisingly heavy.

Well, if you want to be able to get a riser like that you could always make your MR1 side cocking.

Have a look at this, it is still on the " not sure if if fits " list, but it looks like the lenght is small enough to fit without interfering with the cocking knob.
