Proto rail '07 vs. '09 slg ul

I just grabbed a DP F8 Fusion for $300 NIB. I know its not one of the ones you were looking at, but ts a really nice gun.

alright... so I was looking at guns and changed my price allowance to 800, then down to 500 lol. Now I'm looking at the bob long empire intimidator and the new '09 proto rail... can I really go wrong with either gun?

In that range I'd get a 2k6 MacDev Cyborg... but that's just me.

I would say Protege, they shoot really smooth. The one thing I don't like about them is that they are kinda tall. Never used a 06 Cyborg so I don't know how they shoot compared to a Protege.

how about an 06 timmy or the 09 proto rail

A Gen4 Timmy? Well, they are notorious for their issues. I personally steer clear. The 2k9 Rail is decent, but I wouldn't own another Rail. Just not my cup o' tea, and there are much better markers for cheaper.


The 2k6 Cyborg is as smooth as they can come.
