I use Stiffis and love them tremendously. Dead on accurate, super light and super quiet. I find that the .689 works well with most paints. I also have a Stiffi kit but didn't like it as much as the one piece. The 2 piece kits tend to get stuck to the gun when trying to take them off. I also like the look of the one piece kits more but the look sin;t always a concern to most people.
