striped screw

hey guys i striped a frame screw trying to find another allen wrench to fit it what should i do about it i cant get my striker bolt back in any help would be useful thanks

So you stripped the head on the rear frame screw? Drill it out to take the head off or take an allen wrench thats just a hiar big & knock it in to b reak it loose & replace it.

i find with stripped allen head bolts, a torques (sp) bit works best. some ppl call them star bits. try tapping one of these into the head and back it out carefully.

Small easy out drill bolt use easy out to remove. Easy out looks like an screw that is reversed in it's threding. made from tooled steel. and I foulnd mine at a hardware store for 2.35.
