Stuffed pepper

Well, after the pizza & nachos I had a few left overs & Friday night I started to grab them & throw them together. Shortly after I got them in the toaster oven, I got called in to work at the bar so I didnt get to eat any of it fresh. But I did eat a pretty good lunch Saturday.








This is what was left of the cheese & meat stuffing, it went on the left over nachos.
