naturally when you turn the eyes off for any gun if the hopper isnt fast enough it will chop. so with a rs would it chop without eyes on with a halob with rip?

probably not, because that is a very solid loader. It all depends on how fast you shoot, and I doubt you can outshoot that loader.
It would be a good idea to get one if you dont have a decent loader

Until the end when the loader popcorns you should not have any issues.
