Some tasty info I can share about the new Electra -
There is a lot less kick because the distance between the striker face and valve has been reduced even though the striker is the same standard size used on the RS and VS1. Electra – 2.60 lbs. w/ barrel & battery Pilot – 2.20 lbs. w/ barrel & battery (The Pilot is lighter because of the Polymer trigger frame) VS1 – 2.40 lbs w/ barrel & battery RS – 3.10 lbs. w/ barrel & battery RSX – 3.00 lbs. w/ barrel & battery Considering that a SL is 1.95 lbs and an Etek is 2.40 lbs. that’s not bad at all.

Spyder is really moving up in the world... these new markers are actually impressing me.
