Lubricant on a new XTRA ?

Hi everyone,

I just got myself my first gun, a XTRA.

Does it need lubricant ? Or do anything on it first ? The manual doesn't mention anything about this.

I am also wondering if I ever feel the need for, can I mount a side rail with a red dot on it ? or a stock ?
