Stripped the feedneck threads on my gun, what should I do?

I stripped the feedneck threads on my gun. I know it's not the feedneck because I tried 4 different feednecks and none of them worked. Should I helicoil it or jb weld one on?

vs2, I'm not going to get another body. I just got it annod and finished my halfback.

I think that JB Weld works, I know someone that did it to about three of his markers and none of them have come off. As long as you do a good job at it, it should be fine.

how should I go about doing it? Just put a little on evenly?

Put it on the threads of the feedneck with a THIN coating so it won't show when screwed in, and screw it in to whatever little is left of the threading on the body. If there is no threading left, or if you want to protect the inside of your top tube, take a "condom" shaped balloon, stick it in the top tube, and blow it up before you put on the feedneck.

I thought i had the same problem on my vs2, I ried 4 different necks and none worked. I bought a cp clamp neck and that one worked fine I also got a trinity t lock and that one works good as well.

I tried the stock, redz, Shocktech, and a ccm so I tried 5. I just stuck the jbweld on and it is currently drying. I found a condom shaped balloon and I did that before you even reccomended it. So I hope this will work.

I was going to suggest loctite since it's removable...but good luck!
