Free Photoshop Downloads?

does anyone know where i can get a simple Photoshop download. i don't need CS2 (i can get that from my friend) because i don't want to upload a program that big.

i just want to be able to resize photos and a few other things. MSPaint just isn't cutting it.

try getting photoshop elements...it's a scaled down version of photoshop...cheaper too....and about the free downloads...there's no LEGAL one.

ive never used the windows version, but it came with the linux distro i use, and im assuming its the same. its pretty good... kinda basic but good for what you want nonetheless.

i use IRFANVIEW and it works GREAT!!!!

i use the fully licensed version... id ask around for people who do it for a living, they might be able to sell you an older version that they dont use

i guess i'll just have to see if CS2 will run on this old PC. i think it will, just wanted fast at the time. i'll get it from my buddy.
