I think you get both the rocker and the regular trigger. That looks like an ok deal. I got mine for $180 about 2 months ago but it didn't come with the tadao board...

To buy the Tadao board alone, it's $99.95 on that same website so if you got your VS3 with a VS2 frame for $180 without the board, that's a big saving to get that plus the board for $184. The deal probably won't last long though.
