I just made this new feeder this morning...its pretty awesome. Holds 20 with one in the chamber. Now all I need are a bunch of those 10 round tubes to carry with me.

Ok, well it was three pieces. The main pipe is a 10" long - 3/4" PVC pipe that is threaded on both ends. Then I got a screw on cap and a screw on 90 elbow and that is it. I went to a local hardware store to get everything - and it ended up being 4 bucks. I had to use my dremel to sand out the part of the elbow that fits on the gun because it was a little small - about a 1/16" too small - didn't take long to do - then I cut little lines down the sides so that it would bend and hold to the gun when I put the hose clamp on it. here are some pics
feeder.JPG feeder 2.JPG Then I had some paint left over from when I made a fake silencer and sprayed it down twice to make it match the rest of the gun. I got a small can of "touch up" spray paint from Walmart in the paint dept. - it is used to touch up plastic and metal toys. I didn't want to have to use PVC cement so I went with the already threaded stuff - just a personal preference. It holds 20 with one in the gun and it feeds nicely - tested it out this afternoon.

Thats really cool. A perfect sniper loader.
Here is a design that I have been kicking around in my head.  Sort of along the lines with what you have but with a spring to force feed. Last edited by deano 177 : 02-09-2008 at 06:51 PM.

That looks like a good set up - the only thing that is holding me back is that I have no idea where to get a spring that is that long and is soft enough so it will not break any of the balls. With my set up - I wanted to have a spring in mine - it would be connected to the end cap and after i put in the balls it would compress them as I put it back on - pushing them forward. I would loose space with the spring - but it would be worth to make sure that I don't miss-feed - but this one has not done that yet...

The only thing that I have thought of would be to get a rubber band and put on "bolt". The notch at the top would be for when you are loading, you click it over there. Dump the balls in and then snap it over. Maybe I'll try to do something this week if I get board.

I posted this before, but I'll say it again.
You can take a short spring and stretch it out. It would make a stiff spring softer also. I would find one in the right diameter and about 2 or 3 inches long and stretch it to fit. I'm thinking you won't need a lot of pressure to make it work.
