cocking pin

i am trying to take the acs bolt out of the marker, and the top pin is stuck, i am not sure how to loosen it up and take it out please help.

Wiggle it and just pull it out. It gets stuck. Use a pair of plyers if need be.

after the first time u get it out ,it should be easier to get it out the next time .
like solar said plyers if it is hard to get it out
