The Smart Parts SP-1????
Any feedback? Has anyone seen the intro video on the website? Electro-pneumatic for under $160....and milsim loaded with rails and looks completely sexi.... My MR2's days may be numbered at that price. I hope Kingman can compete and come out with something just as exciting and with the same kind of flexibility. DISCLAIMER: NOT MEANT TO DEGRADE SPYDER OR THE MR2....

have you ever held an sp1? they're made of plastic and feel a bit bulky and awkward. worse part is they're an ion with 5 times the plasic covering ha ha.
if i were to get anything milsim beyond my lp mr2, i'd go with the new bt delta. it's made of plastic but very very comfortable feeling. the exterior design of the marker is awesome. a bit more expensive as the mr2 and sp1 but i suppose that part depends on your priorities. far as my lp mr2 goes, it has the sweet design and weight i'm looking for in a milsim. not cheap plastic but metal that doesn't crack and fade in color.

Looks good, might have to show that to my buddies who are looking to drop their A5s and go for an Ion.
I like my MR2 though. Like Sundragon, I really like the weight and stability of my MR2. |
