I was wondering, are you sopose to put lube/oil/grease on the stock ACS bolt, and if you do what should I use?

not really lubing, because the ACS bolt is made out of delrin.
To oil your gun, a good way to do it is to put a few drops of it in your ASA, and shoot your gun. This way the air will lube the internals of your gun without you having to take it appart!
