Question for those who know about window tinting.

How much do you think it will cost me to get the windows in the Toyota tined professionally?

Around here it runs about $50 per window....no matter what size the window is.

Yeah, it seems pretty fair. I got mine done, and it comes with a lifetime warranty - that if it bubbles, fades, etc, he will replace it. Just check around.

I paid $130 for my entire car. They used 3m tint, it is 5% all the way around, polarized, ect... Very high grade tint. AAAnnnnnddd, they came to my house and did it in my garage. Look on Craigslist, that is where I found the guy who did my tint (He was professional, had his own tinting company and everything).

How dark is 3m?

Mine is dark, but thats because its 5%, well the polices' meter says 4%, I got pulled over on the way to San Diego for my tint.

Vehicles have factory tint on the windows, and it varies by manufacturer and model. It doesn't affect the aftermarket tint amount drastically, but it does change it a little bit.
