miss-threaded barrels?

i know i'm not the only one who has run into this problem, but now i'm dissapointed.

i just bought three DYE Ultralite barrel backs (.684, .688, .692) and only the .692 fits my BLM. all three work on my "Classic" though. i've had trouble with different Spyder barrels before, so it's not the first time this has happened.

i was wondering if anyone knew a solution to make them fit?
