Kingman tech support=nonexistent

I called multiple times over a week.

Kingman's phone tech support is non existant as it its email tech.

My gun has been falling apart for a month now and I haven't been able to contact Kingman.

This is borderline annoying because my CAMD broke, my battery broke, and a wire snapped and all I need to know is how to fix it or order a new CAMD2.0

Anyone have any luck in contacting TECH support (Not customer service)

I've had very good luck contacting tech support. In fact I recently just sent my Fasta back to have its shell replaced.Try calling mid day California time during the week. I have had good luck calling around then.

Never had a problem getting a hold of Kingman...
They are open from 8am to 5 pm Pacific Time

I call ranging from 3PM EST to 5 PM EST

No reason for someone not to pickup.


If you want to know my problems;

-My CAMD 2.0 board doesn't switch ROF or MODE and its not tourny lock.
-the little battery thing, that accepts the charger broke off and i dont know how to put it back
-one of the black wires from the black canisters broke off the base.


Its really annoying and I already made a post at PBN asking for someone to trade me a CAMD2.0 board because mine is bs.

If the black canister (capisitor) has a wire broken off at its base...it needs to be replaced.
The charge port is very hard to repair/reinstall
I think the tourney lock jumper is probably loose if not missing...
