Default pre2k vs. 2k+ valve

What was changed and what is the difference in the pre2k and 2k+ valves for spyders. Did they change the diameter of them or something on the valve stems? Just wondering if anyone knows what the differnce is and what spyder did to the valves in 2000. I know what WGP did to the autocockers in 2000 but that is for another forum .

Pretty much kingman went from a Larger sized valve to a smaller one.... No change in the Design until the VS line came out...

Mainly the striker. The old style is FAT, known fondly as a "fatty" striker. The newer ones are "slim" striker, and is extremely common. You can tell the difference between the two on sight, but then again the eyes are very sensitive instruments... They can detect 1/8" deviance in about 20' in some cases.

Thank your very much i knew the strikers had changed i thought the valve it self had changed diameter. You can really tell the difference between old and new strikers by sight and weight. I wanted to get a new valve for my milly and thought a valve made after 2k would not fit that is why i was confused.

thanx again
