I wouldn't put more than 450psi as input to an LPR, but I don't know for sure what the exact maximum input is for a Sledgehammer. Which version of the sledgehammer do you have? On one version it has the adjuster on the front of it, and on the other (this one has a smooth face) it's inside the back... you have to unscrew it from the marker before you can adjust it.

Ok, you have to take it off the marker (degas first, obviously) and look into the hole on the back... From there, it's up to you. I personally haven't ever had to deal with those type, and don't care to, so I have no clue... I just know the adjuster is inside the bugger somewhere. I had an externally adjustable one, and wouldn't give it up for the world. It made tuning the marker so easy...
Best of luck to ya...

Yup, that'd do it.
As for which way is what, I'd think clockwise is down, and counterclockwise is up.
