its called walking the trigger

it helps with a good trigger that is comfortable for your fingers

You could probably walk a mech with a lightened trigger by just pulling harder, but it won't be anywhere near as nice as an electric frame

My first gun was a TL-X, and it was literally impossible to walk that thing. The pull was just too long. Alot of it probably depends on what type of gun you have, and how adjustable the trigger is.

the only walkable mechs ive seen are autocockers (my old one being one of them) and thats only with a specific combination of parts. some mags are supposedly walkable too. mech spyders are nearly impossible.

You cannot "walk" a mechanical trigger. It's too hard.

I like single trigger frames for mechanicals, and I can pull it just as fast as someone can "walk" a mechanical frame if not faster. Just practice pulling the trigger and getting your fingers tuned into what they have to be doing. You will get faster, and more consistant the more you practice.

ican walk my mech victor at like 3bps. 4bps after i put in a spacer to eliminate overtravel i think i might get 5 out of it if i remove that firts bit of the pulling of the trigger that it takesfor the triiger sear to hit the main sear. another idea perhaps grind down the main sear so it doesnt have to move as far to let the hammer go.

I think that, before you go grinding off important parts of your marker, try to reduce the trigger pull (distance the trigger moves before it fires the marker) and the slop (side-to-side motion). There are a number of inexpensive mods/upgrades that can help, but as stated above, an e-trigger is always going to be faster, because it has, out of the box, a shorter pull, less slop, and an electric switch that trips the sear.
