Default Where to get HPA fills

I know there's probably a dozen threads on this but...
where can I get HPA fills? I've heard you can get HPA filled at a local FD, anyone know about how much they charge? Because I only live a 7 min. walk from the Volunteer FD and my mom and sister are both firefighters there.

In my experience, most fire departments won't fill your tanks for you unless you know someone, which in your case, you're set! I'd get a scuba tank a fill it from there, then you'd be set.

I'm not really sure. You'd need a good tank that's in hydro for sure, and correct me if I'm wrong, but new ones could go from 150-300 dollars? That doesn't sound right, but I think it is. Maybe you could find them cheaper used on ebay or elsewhere.

Then you'd need a fill station - my local field owner actually made a couple for his tanks, but there are no regulators on them, it's the old "crack em a bit and fill slowly while watching the guage on your tank" fill. Those run quite a bit as well, unless you can find them used.

Despite the cost, it'd be worth it to have a source of air available to fill off of when you're just plinking in the back yard...at least worth it to me!

the tank itself is only a couple hundred. Then you'll need to buy an adapter to fill. Which is like 40ish bucks.
