Is their still a prob with the o-rings on it that I've read in a couple of thread ?

I do not know of any problems with the orings. the only posts i have seen are people that aren't used to seeing the quad orings that acp uses. they look almost even with the bolt body but they seal really well

Nah, they're actually designed to be better than normal o-rings because they have less surface area to contact the body with.

The only problem seems to be the O-ring cutting up the detent - I wonder if a softer material for the O-ring would help reduce that incidence. As much as the Timmy detents are affordable I wouldn't want to change one every few hundred balls.

that is why youget the 2 oring bolt you do not need an oring at the front of your bolt
