Older model QPods use a "prewind" system and I hear the new pods don't. I'd say/guess that they were using older pods that were wound too hard for the detent to hold the rest of the paint back. I use my (older) QPods with 4 prewinds for my Tippman and my Autococker and it works equally as nice for both.

Well, I got the QLoader and I have it pretty much set up (now I need to get my foregrip and air system done). I mounted it on the feedneck since i wont have anything cylindrical around the foregrip. I put masking tape on the stock feedneck. Then the QLoader elbow over that. Then I put electrical tape over the elbow and put the clamp on that to aattach the socket. It seems to stay pretty well in place. I tessted its durability by shaking it around a little, simulating some running and gunning situations and it hasnt rotated at all. If anyone has heard any problems from fellow users of the QLoader system about where I mounted it, Let me know. Ill try to get pics up when I finish putting my frankenstein marker back together.

unless they made a 3rd design, i only know of two. the first style has a white retainer ball, and there were a lot of problems with the pods jaming or prewinding them. then there's the style i have where you prewind it a certian amount of times before you assemble it, which are the kind i have. my gun had a problem with uncontrolled feeding because my bolt was moving to far backwards, allowing a second ball into the breech, causing a gap for a 3rd 4th 5th...you get the idea.
