my friend and i halfbacked an e99 avant body and made it top-cock. keep in mind that this body was on 2 different guns on the pics and is on it's third now (not pictured).

was it to not have the silver back on it?
and what about a guide? doesent the bolt roll side to side?

half backing allows you to use any spyder bolt in your marker. You defintely chose a different way to do it and didnt' take off as much materiel as most do. I like it because it is different. keep up the good work.

not very even looking, but good effort. I'm not gonna attempt that with my spimmy. I'm gonna either pay for a nice half back job or just have it milled for top cocking for a bare bones stock build. I need a poll to see which I should do.

umm. advice dont run out of hacksaw blades. they are essential. we ran out and had to use a dremel and some dull crapsaw thing. thats why it doesnt look that clean.

thanks. it is also now compatible with timmy bolts too. i tried it and it works great.
