Those are the older version of the Xcel, they have been at $20 for 6 months at least. $10 is good, but they are about the quality of a progressive so i'm in no rush to buy one. Xcel was Dye's "economy/low end" line when it was made...

yea i orderd onw form pbgear for 6 bucks but they gave me a red 16in AA front instead.
