"HE ULTIMATE ARENA PAINTBALL LEAGUE IS SET TO LAUNCH ITS SEASON PREMEIRE ON SUPERSTATION WGN ON JANUARY 7TH, 2006

LAS VEGAS, January 4th, 2006 -- The Ultimate Arena Paintball League (UAPL) has launched their inaugural television season; it’s officially a hit! The World Paintball League (WPL) is the Professional level of the UAPL and consists of 24 teams from around the U.S. and Canada, fighting it out in a 3-on-3 format. Each week, eight teams from one of the three conferences battle it out in a single elimination tournament. Two teams will advance to the intense, adrenaline filled final, a best of seven game match. The tournaments are played within a 50 x 100 foot mesh net and metal cage with paintballs traveling close to 200 mph.

This new Professional level of the Ultimate Arena Paintball League will make its Western Hemisphere television debut on January 7th with a continent wide simulcast at 6pm EDST and again on Sunday, January 8th at 10pm PDST on Superstation WGN. Be sure to tune in the following week, January 14th, to find out how far the Milwaukee Rapture, an all women’s team, advances in the tournament. The WPL will play host to the first series in televised professional sports history that an all female team competes against all male teams within the same league. DirecTV viewers can catch the action on Ch. 307 and Dish Network can see it on Ch. 239. Check your cable grid to find out where Superstation WGN is for you. The next live action will take place at the Las Vegas Sports Center on Sunset Boulevard on January 28th and 29th when the WPL Western Conference with such

powerhouse teams as Dynasty, XSV, Naughty Dogs, Empire, Hitmen, Assassins, Gladiators and Arsenal will go head to head once again. All the game play is captured on state of the art High Definition cameras to be broadcast on Superstation WGN. Free admission and reserved seats are available at www.uapl.tv. A brand-new WGP paintball marker, as well as hundreds of other door prizes, will be given away during each day of competition.

Now I'm kinda confused! Is it on local channel UPN (which is 58 where I'm from) or is it on Superstation (which is TBS where I'm from)? Anybody know?
