I wanna make sure it won't break on me one day when I don't have an extra hose... Should I just get a new one or will the bent one be fine?

I think it should be fine. It doesn't look like its too damaged, plus if the steel braided hose for paintball is anything like those made for cars, the steel braided part is more for protecting the inner hose.

Yeah, it'll be fine. It looks like it's twisted a bit which is compressing it and making it look bent. It's not really bent as it's pretty flexible. Shu's right. I think it's just a mesh that covers an interior rubber or some type of hose.
