Hey guys, Which tank work out ok with a 09 sonix?? or which one is better??

Either will work fine. Why do you want an adjustable regulator?
I personally don't like the 50ci tanks, so I would go with the 68ci. If I were you I would go down to your local store and have them put a 50ci on a marker and a 68ci on a marker and see which one is more comfortable for you.
