Astm
Last week I was at the West Point classic in the tippman tent and over the X7 phenom the info board it said because of the ASTM standard the gun was capped at 15 BPS. So i was wondering wat is the ASTM standard how does it effect paintball and the BPS

To my knowledge, ASTM does not regulate BPS, only safety regulations like netting, goggles, FPS, etc. I could be wrong, but BPS is usually a game/league limit.

Critical is corrrect. it is for safety regulations. ASTM stands for American Society for Testing and Materials

Yep, on a side note though.. the phenom looks pretty sweet, I love the ability to switch from electro to manual if your batteries die.

phenom is nice once I figured out the kinks and fixed tippmanns shoty manufacturing. They were good along the way though and offered alot of help.
