Question!

I recently went to my local paintball field and found that i couldnt get my fps below 300. I need it to be around 280-285. I've heard i can cut the spring, so i was wondering should i cut it, and how much should i cut off? Thank You.

I only cut the springs when shooting well over 300 & I cant turn it down. I start with one full coil & test. Repeat this until you you are shooting just under 280 with the adjuster all the way out. Use the adjuster to tweak the spring.
