I need to get in touch with a shop/webshop in Long Island and/or Manhattan.
A friend of mine is going to visit NY and has promised to shop for me.
Plz help me!!

It is just a bit scary for me to do business over seas.
As I said, you could just say thanks and buy ice cream for my money.

And to say the least, I'm planning to shop for about 125$.
That is actually 1/10 of what I get every month in total income.
(I've been on sick leave for 36 months now and only get insurance money)

Do NOT use the USPS for an International Shipment..I'd definitely go UPS..(http://www.ups.com) because of their tracking tools and if I'm not mistaken, their international rates are considerably better..

That is most surtainly a good tip. Though I'm not going to ship anything.
My friend is going there and then come home again. No shipping involved.
That is why this is great for me. I get rid of the shipping fee.
