The difference is exactly what they say. One is High pressure one is Low. Generally high pressure is considered 5-600 psi and up. Low pressure is below that. Electras would be considered high pressure.
When it comes to compressed air tanks. High pressure tanks hold a pressure of 800-850 psi. Low pressure tanks hold a pressure of 400-450 psi.
