Re: How do you like your eggs?
This is a funny post because it's a topic at my house how picky I am about my eggs. I voted for Benedict (at a diner) because it's my favorite, but you can't eat that a lot since it's so rich. When I cook them at home I like them over VERY easy, cooked just past runny with lots of runny yolk for dipping toast. I hate when there are the crispy brown edges; it makes me gag. My wife now likes my eggs and she asks me to make them quite often now. My third pick is an omelette with swiss cheese; again- no crispy edges.
