thanks guys and okeedoke barron. The Prison opened the addition (8 months ahead of schedule -.- ) and the County Council only hired 14 officers (when they were asked to hire 60)...then 17 retired, 2 were fired, 9 are quitting for State/Fed jobs...bleh :P the OT is something else...207 mandates a week...

I doubt that it will decline though...especially if everyone posts the thread link in an answer to someone's question.
