all japan has is a self defence force, there is no way they can go to war with anyone, thats why it is a protectorate of the US
and splaturout, the US is a world police, that is the responsibility of being one of the only superpowers, china and the US are the only 2 superpowers right now, and face it, china isnt gonna do **** to help anyone else
