My gains for the year:
I've gained 18 lbs since January. Weight in January = 137 lbs, last night = 155 lbs.
In January I could barely bench 135 lbs, I benched 195 twice (as mentioned above).
I can grab a 10' basketball rim now, January I couldn't even tip it (I'm only 5'6" by the way).
I have more stamina.
I feel better overall.
Its amazing what dedication and hard work will do.
