Well, I basically stopped working out for about 2 weeks. Stress, school, paintball, family, boredom - all contributed to me not exercising. Started back up last week, but I've gained about 5 pounds back - being off everyday around candy and food and no real activity, plus Christmas and New Year's - big time problems!
I started back on my original program, and promptly found out that I've lost a LOT of endurance and strength doing those so-called "focusing" programs - the ones that focus on a specific set of muscles...
I'll get it back, though. One way or the other. Just have less time to meet my goal is all. 4 pack by March (Spring Break)!
