i think you mean "sights" as in "sites" as in "websites". the 03-04 stands for 2003-2004, they dont make shockers from years ago. If you goin to buy a new shocker it is going to be a 2006. Used is goin to be the only way you can buy a 2003-2004 shocker.
Edit: post-2003 shockers are known as 03 shockers also for they havent changed since being reamped in 2003
