K. Diet and Excercise start tomorrow. I kinda started a little today too since the new year and all. Cut a little of my food intake and hit the water a little more. Tomorrow I plan on not hitting the coffee pot when I get into work and just filling up my water bottle. Then during lunch will go on a nice brisk walk around downtown Chicago for about half an hour. We have to see how long I can keep this up. Just weighed in at a whopping 239lbs. *Sigh. Here we go.
