K I have no idea what the 1101-v-45-00 is but if it's a phantom it's a good choice lol
Barrel length is preferance really. I use the stock 11" barrel and love it!
I don't know about the cold yet. I wouldn't think so really but I would make sure that you get your tank filled the day prior to playing and not on the same day and you should be ok. Might want to get a neoprene cover for it and if it's really cold those foot warmer thingies but not really necessary.
