One of my bosses said the number one thing that helped him (in addition the regular maintaining a diet and exercise) was regular sleep. He was over 220 and has been at 170/175 for a few years and is in pretty good shape. 10 pounds is good Vike, progress is progress. It'd be bad sign if you gained wait while trying to lose it!
