Also Marv, shen is pretty OP atm as well. Banned every game in ranked again. He's fun solo top, but jungle shen is just lulz.
Solo top shen I'd run Magic pen reds, hp per level yellows, MR blues, and HP quints and run 9/21/0. Again, these are all in my rune pages and mastery pages, named accordingly. Just text me if you need help.
